Better be strong

Monday morning lectures with Aida Hubanic.

Person with a lot of inspiration and motivation. She has experienced a lot of, but after all she can use those hard moments as her resources. And that is something I see really powerful. Finding your own strengths will help significantly. It is important to feel and to know ourself as a human beings. All of us should pay attention to properties. When we know ourselves, we know what direction we are going and what we want to achieve. Its a life learning process to find out where we are good at or how to get even better. By identifying own strengths will be able to proceed more easily forward to the goals. Strong self-knowledge will also help in obtaining a job. Job interview is usually asked where you are in good or better than others. Those are the moments when a strong introspection helps you to get the job. And knowing yourself better than anything else is the best way to go about it. Because when you do you respect and love yourself more you take decisions for yourself and trust them too, which makes it able to progress in life. Through the strengths it receives power conquers adversity. But Aida didn't know this first. Her tools were to go through herself in different areas of expertise. She wrote down where she is good at. What is her passion in life. What are the weaknesses. Who are the people who trust in her and believe in her. How to find the way of life. What she wants or which way to got. But she knew what she did not want to do. So she began to do her own thing. Came out with her story. And look at her now. She found herself as a good speaker and motivator for other people to find self-trust. She genuinely wants to help everyone to find their own path and certainty in life. She is really a strong woman and passionate performer. A mentor and motivator of other people because she has her own really special and unique life story to share.

I feel big respect towards Aida. I got myself a lot of courage and inspiration. I think that such a strong person dares to bring forth their own opinions. A strong person takes into account other is empathetic. Person will be able to see things from different perspectives and to make independent decisions. That is what I want to be. I admire the people, and especially womens, who dare to dream and have the faith become something bigger in life. Aida's warm and wise, spacious and excitement gentle tones of this statement, at least encouraged me to work right now in my work and life: to believe in myself, to take this opportunity seriously and do what I want to do. Everyone must find a place to sit on your self, family and the entity of life. And keeping promises, that it can be found.

But myself I'm a little annoyed woman's talent is often seen as kindness and conscientiousness. The ten-wheeler nice girl succeeds because it is a kind and conscientious and wants to please others. In many cases, boys and girls are treated differently unconsciously. Boys are allowed more loud and action-packed activities. Girls are asked to help clean up more easily and the other lends a hand.I dislike like this way of thinking. And that is why we need more powerful woman like Aida is. Women should be more proud of her own work and conclusion. Maybe women should be able to demand better and to hold the rights. We stuck our destiny more easily and do not dare to open our mouths. We are only womens, right. Also our culture has long been the way in which women do not belong to the world of work, but to take care of the home and kids. Thank god the world is changing and the role of women in working life has improved a lot. Even thought the fact isthat women are paid less, are proceeding more slowly and face more discrimination in the workplace than men. Me Naiset journals says that Helsingin Sanomat reported on Aalto University's survey, which proves that man advancing in their careers more easily. I understand that it is difficult to reconcile family and working life. But women from should receive the same right to their own careers and development. Why a woman should no longer these days to stay at home when the children are small? Indeed, I am fighting against this idea. For me my career is at least as valuable as any man. I wouldn't mind doing rather work than looking after my babes. I do not want sounds selfish. But I do hope that we women would be giving ourselves a better chance to working life. We do not need to be perfect to qualify. If we can get encouragement from each other, we learn to think for themselves supportive in terms of ourselves, a woman could get beyond the point of view of work. To summarize a woman's journey to the top will go, so that the first he turns inward and find their own strengths, then out toward others, that where do you get the chance, and who can support you, with whom you can relate? Thereafter, it often happens to lead you to the top.

Tuesday Teamday

On tuesday we met as a team at Microsoft flux @Helsinki. That place was really cool and useful. Enjoy it a lot and it is free area for studying or working on laptop. Our team member Suvi booked a room for us and we focused to work forward with SSM project. And we did pretty well. The atmosphere is good and we get along. The project is well advanced and we have effective results, but there is still enough work to do. And we have time. So I think we are on time. Thanks to my team it has been a pleasure working with them so far. It's fun to work with the hard-working people. Here you can see a little sneak peak. Enjoy our good vibes.

Wednesday Fairs

On wednesday me and couple other students visited eCommerce fairs at Pasila Messukeskus. e-Commerce fairs was a major event for professionals in the trading sector. The event was full of inspiration and networking. There was three different stages, one for marketing-, digital- and shop performers. A lot of topical lectures related to the field of trade. The whole day went walking at the fair and meeting new people there. My favorite speakers was Sani Leino, who spoke about virtual reality. He told the internet dealings becoming more and more chatting as conduct in the future. People want to chat more online, and at the moment the most popular apps are Snapchat and WhatsApp. Especially Snapchat is hugely popular. I myself use the application on a daily basis. It has one channel communicating with friends. It has also become the biggest trends this time. Snapchat has different filters and I think the writing opportunity makes an application to work. Myself I use the app daily and I see it also great way to follow some public figures. But Sami talked about a lot more than that. Among other things, there is an application called Franz which combines chat & messaging services into one application. So if you're busy and you get a messages from different channels, you do not have to jump from place to place phone but you will find all messages in one place. It seems a workable solution. The app brings it all together in one place. Convenient. Returning to the world of chat, Sani mentioned that there are currently three robots, with you will be able to discuss. How cool is that, and crazy how the world is developing all the time. One of the companies was L&T, providing waste management and recycling services. The chat works through Facebook messenger. Functioning artificial intelligence Kikkas mission is to help recycle correctly. Kikka will also be able to ask for the user's location and advise, for example, where the nearest recycling station is located. Recycling BottiKikka is a good example of the future of the user interface. Instant messaging programs using interfaces digital services move closer to the users of the most popular communication channels, offering faster access to services compared to downloadable applications or web pages. This is modernity. Wow.

But Sami Leino's own self-interest crystallized to virtual reality. I talked to him personally, and he showed me a virtual glasses that allow to see such as dinosaurs. But the video which Sani showed was even more spectacular. When life gets too boring, virtual reality makes it able to increase the colors and elements. The sky is the limit and your own imagination. I saw the video, which allows see things through virtual glasses and objects that were not right, but they could be seen through the spectacles in the present moment. This is still in development but reportedly possible to implement in the future. Really scary and at the same time an interesting thing. I do not know whether it is normal to look through the glass of its own life. But I admit, virtuality and the Internet is increasingly present. For example phone is a lifeline for me. There are all the services and contacts readily available. The phone is my favorite friend. Best tool I can have for my free time. It allows me to see my sport results. I can also see my performance, I can listen to music and download the pictures to social media. Its for fun and also and necessary to communicate with my friends and family. My favorite apps are those mostly know as Spotify, SportTracker and Instagram. Music is all you need, Sport makes you feel healthier and you can capture those moments through images.

At the same time, it is addictive and creates obsessions look at your phone all the time. Digitalisation has also disadvantages. It is not safe to drive phone in hand, as I do. It is also not healthy to hang on the phone all day long. There should be more present in this life. Of course the digital world creates opportunities. But let's not forget the reality. Be sure to be in the presence of your loved ones. This also applies to me. I might be sitting on the couch staring at my phone even though my friend sitting next to me. It's not terribly polite, but really overall. Anyway. The fair was very educational and I realize how strong channel network is currently in life we living nowadays. Network achieves in seconds thousands of users around the world. It is a global channel operations. It is therefore important to be an active user of social media and create profiles for different channels. Surfing is also preferred. Really useful channel gain visibility at low cost and to achieve a large target group. Indeed, filled with opportunities to become popular, even a famous person.
